Health Fairs, Health Screenings, Corporate Health, Flu Shots

Corporate health fairs are most successful when provided in conjunction an overall health strategy.    The most common screenings delivered at a corporate health fair include cholesterol screenings, blood pressure screenings, biometric screenings as well as other targeted screenings based upon the employee population trends.

Companies that are serious about their health costs and the health and productivity of their employees provide on site health screenings as part of an overall health and wellness strategy rather than just a stand alone annual event.

Health Screenings alone are nice to offer, but offer little long term benefit to the employee population to provide a genuine and measurable return on investment.

Health care costs are going to rise.  It is up to the company to slow the trend.   Doing nothing equates to health care costs eating up a larger portion of the net profits of a corporation.  Many companies, especially in a struggling economy should focus even more on optimizing employee productivity and health.
